Empower your body with customized workouts for busy lives. SimplePAX is the program for all to obtain daily peace by following the necessary activities of mind, body, and soul. Our main program is our 4 Week Program to kick start your life’s foundation of balancing your mind, body, and soul each day. This is the start of reaching your potential with peace!
This 4 Week Program consists of picking one of three weightlifting schedules. Also, within your weeks' schedule, you will explore and find your personal temperament (color) activity which will be used within your chosen weeks' schedules.
In addition to your week's workout schedules, each day (morning, noon, and night) there is our signature PAXpump program to help you be fully Physical, Aware, and Exist with purpose throughout your day! Included are daily workouts, reflections for mind & soul, and daily recipes to reach your macro goals. All are high protein and gluten free to help and support your nutrition necessary for building muscle and health of mind, body, and soul. Feel free to double up one, two, or three meals to meet your personal caloric intake needed.
Digitally download your 4 Week Program to either save onto your phone or print off to create a written journal program experience. It is everything you need to start your full and peacefully life knowing that you are covering and completing all the fundamental areas of Mind, body, & soul each day and keeping it throughout each day.
